Villa Sedonia
The villa has three elegantly furnished bedrooms and a children’s room, all with private bathroom and three of them are equipped with their own spa shower. In the midst of the bright and open master bath is a cozy whirlpool tub that invites you to relax and come down. The living room of the villa represents the splash of color in the otherwise very bright and warmly designed holiday home: the noble red carpet underpins the state-of-the-art features of the living room, where you will find the 55 inch flatscreen, a DVD player and access to Apple TV. The absolute highlight of the living room is without question the beautiful view through the window landscape of the room, which invites you to dream. Adjacent to the living room is the modern and elegant fitted kitchen; There you will find everything from Rosenthal porcelain to WMF kitchen equipment, what you need to conjure up a meal in paradise. The kitchen area merges into the dining room, which radiates a very special charm with its golden mirrored dining table and chandelier. In the back of the house is the largest room of the villa with two queen-size beds, walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. Of course, each bedroom has its own TV. Two independent circuits with four-zone automatic climate control allow the setting of the house temperature according to personal preference. The free Wi-Fi extends far beyond the small, open office into the pool area and the surround sound system in all rooms musically accompanies your stay in our dream house. Villa Sedonia has a laundry room with a brand washing machine and a dryer. A triple garage and a small collection of sports equipment form the conclusion of the house.
Masterbedroom: Access from the living room or directly from the pool area, 7 × 5 square meters, equipped with a modern oversized king bed and high quality orthopedic mattresses, carpet and flat screen HDTV. From the bedroom you can go directly through a glass door into the pool area.
The Masterbad is a dream: 3.5 × 5 square meters, shower with body radiator, bathtub with whirlpool function and two separate marble vanities with wall mirror and crystal chandeliers. These include a separate toilet with natural light and a spacious walk-in closet.
Guestbedroom: 20 square meters room with a double bed, bright and flooded with light overlooking the pool and the lake with a fountain, with its own flat-screen TV (HDTV), walk-in closet and chest of drawers. Private bathroom with shower, toilet and direct pool access.
Second Guestbedroom: This room has two queen beds, chest of drawers and a walk-in closet. A flatscreen TV is a matter of course. Direct access to the bathroom with double marble basin, whirlpool bath, shower & WC.
Children’s room: can also be used as a playroom. Equipped with a spacious bunk bed, armchair and TV. Next to it is a guest toilet, also usable from the living room.
Living room: with leather sofa and oversized flat screen TV.
3.5 bathrooms: Spacious, modern and completely new bathrooms with glass showers, modern tiles and side shower. Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom, toilet, two sinks with marble tops and beautiful crystal glass lighting. All bathrooms are well maintained and extremely clean. All towels are renewed regularly.
